• 11/3/15 - Completed contracts for ECE 133, 145, and 155, developed web content and set up Dreamweaver access for IDs (3 hours)

October 2015

• 10/12/15 - Cohen Instructional Design Plan forwarded to the Department Team.
• 10/12/15 - Email sent to all IDs with offer for contracts on all identified courses.
• 10/12/15 - Completed templates for all ECE courses and Special Assignments.
• 10/12/15 - Review Assignments of CE and ID roles. Developed chart to track ID and CE progress (ID Development Plan).
• 10/9/15 - Paperwork (JDQ Drafts) to develop the Cohen Online Program Coordinator and Cohen Student Navigator positions were submitted.
• 10/9/15 - Completed pictures and measurements for Connected Classroom and conversation with contractors for the bid on the Connected Classroom (1 hour)
• 10/7/15 - Reviewed course rotation
• 10/7/15 - Reviewed availability for all Gen Ed classes in the ECE program available online.
  • MAT 113 needs to be offered online
  • Research if Environmental Sciences is OK as Lab Science (this is the only one offered totally online)
  • Review if we can go with either PSY 215 or PSY 220
• 10/5/15 - Completed quotes for ECE classroom...submitted to KVCC staff. (3 hours)
• 10/4/15 - Establishing and revising quotes for ECE classroom. (4 hours)
• 10/3/15 - Established structure, paperwork, tracking, timecards, etc. JDQ and PAF for Program Coordinator and Student Navigator (3 hours)
• 10/2/15 - Created all the lesson plan structure for each course to be developed for online delivery (3 hours)
